These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mevafs.com and the services provided by MEVA Group LLC, doing business as MEVA Facility Services (“MEVA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, requesting service, or communicating with us by phone, email, or text message, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

About Us

MEVA Group LLC (d/b/a MEVA Facility Services) is a commercial facility services contractor serving West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio. Our trades include general contracting, HVAC and refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, painting, commercial kitchen equipment, energy management, handyman services, and landscaping.

Use of This Website

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all information is complete, error-free, or continuously available. You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting unauthorized access, scraping or harvesting data, introducing malicious code, or interfering with its normal operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

Service Requests, Estimates, and Quotes

Submitting a service request through this website or by phone or email does not create a binding contract or guarantee that we will accept the work. Estimates and quotes are based on the information available to us at the time and on conditions reasonably observable before work begins. Pricing may change if actual site conditions, access, scope, code requirements, or material costs differ from what was represented or observed.

Work we perform is governed by the written proposal, work order, or service agreement covering that project. If anything in those documents conflicts with these Terms, those documents control for that project.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due according to the terms stated on the invoice or in the applicable service agreement. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by West Virginia law, and you may be responsible for reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees. We reserve the right to suspend work on accounts with past-due balances.

SMS and Text Messaging Terms

Program description. MEVA Group LLC (d/b/a MEVA Facility Services) sends text messages to customers about work we are performing or have been asked to perform. Messages may include service scheduling and confirmations, technician dispatch and arrival notifications, appointment reminders, quote and estimate follow-up, invoice and payment notices, and general customer service replies. Our messaging is conversational and transactional in nature.

How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from us when you provide your mobile number to MEVA — for example, by submitting a service request form on mevafs.com, giving your number to our office staff or a technician, or sending us a text message. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from MEVA.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive messages when you request service, when an appointment is scheduled or changed, when a technician is dispatched or en route, and when an estimate or invoice is issued.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges assessed by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving text messages.

How to opt out. You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which we will send no further text messages unless you opt back in. You may also opt out by calling 304.440.1104 or emailing info@mevafs.com.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message from us, call 304.440.1104, or email info@mevafs.com.

Carriers and delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on network conditions and carrier transmission limits, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message will be delivered. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others; carriers are not required to maintain messaging service.

Do not use text messaging for emergencies. Text messages are not monitored continuously. For urgent or emergency service needs, please call us at 304.440.1104.

Privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Email Communications

When you contact us or hire us, we may send you email related to your project — quotes, scheduling, invoices, and service records. You may opt out of promotional email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such message or by contacting us directly. Transactional email about active work may continue as needed to complete and document that work.

The content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, layout, the MEVA name and logo, and the tagline “One Call. Every Trade. Every Time.” — is owned by MEVA Group LLC or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
